Supported Living Services

Loven Care Limited is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All our innovative services are focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible within their own homes and in their local community. It is our aim to support individuals in achieving their goals, believing passionately that every person, regardless of the challenges they face, can accomplish extraordinary achievements with just the right support.

Individual tailored support

Everything we do at Loven Care Limited is guided by the people who use our services. We offer a flexible and person-centred approach to allow us to align our services to meet the unique needs of the people we support. We will ensure right from the beginning that you will know what we will do to support you and our responsibilities to you, which can include helping you with setting up your home and gaining a tenancy.

At Loven Care Limited, we support all aspects of daily life including:

Developing independence skills

We support and encourage individuals with everyday tasks, including personal care, housing related tasks, household chores, grocery shopping and managing their money. We make it possible for people to access local facilities such as leisure centres and libraries, as well as helping them to fulfill their education or employment wishes. We are also able to plan and support people to go on holidays, trips to the theatre, football matches. 24-hour support is available if needed.

How we create our supported living plans

Our support plans are only created once we’ve really got to know each person and built a clear understanding of their history, their current situation and their future goals. We have in-depth conversations with the person, their family and any relevant care professionals to make sure that we have all the necessary information and have taken the time to hear each person’s views and wishes before we provide. Once a supported living support plan is in place, we regularly review progress, recognising and celebrating every achievement and continuing to encourage each person to set new goals to achieve even more.
